At the entrance of Black Ginger, the illuminated shields honour the courage of heroines Khun Chan and Khun Mook, who in 1785 bravely thwarted a Burmese invasion.
The staff’s uniforms, inspired by the attire of that era, embody the heroines’ spirit, transporting all guests with not just a culinary experience but a journey through time, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Phuket.
